Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Punchylime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Punchylime for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Ad copy, scripts, and image ads can be created on free credits; video ads and higher volumes use paid credits included with a Starter or Pro subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled, and payments are processed by Stripe.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and credits from a paid plan expire when that plan ends.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant Punchylime the limited rights needed to process it and generate your ads. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos, logos, and material you provide.

Subject to these terms and your active plan, the ads you generate are yours to use commercially — on paid social, your website, and other channels.

Do not use Punchylime to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, that impersonates others, or that violates the advertising policies of the platforms you run on. You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with applicable laws and platform rules, including in regulated industries.

We work to keep Punchylime available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

Punchylime is provided “as is.” Generated output is a starting point you should review before publishing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Punchylime is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

You may stop using Punchylime and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
