Content you provide: the product photos, URLs, descriptions, briefs, and brand details you add to generate ads, along with the ads you create.

Usage and device data: basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, approximate location from your IP address, and standard device and browser information.

Payment information: if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan and billing status but never your full card number.

To provide the service — generating your ads, storing your assets and history, and applying your Brand Guide across what you make.

To operate accounts, process subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, and provide support.

To improve Punchylime, understand which features help, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the product working, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

We rely on trusted providers to run Punchylime: Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and cloud infrastructure and AI model providers to generate and store your creative. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

We keep your account, assets, and generated ads for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual assets or your account at any time; we remove associated content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Punchylime is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves; we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
