Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image to create and secure your account.

Content you provide: the product photos, URLs, descriptions, briefs, and brand details you add to generate ads, along with the ads you create.

Usage and device data: basic analytics such as pages visited, features used, approximate location from your IP address, and standard device and browser information.

Payment information: if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan and billing status but never your full card number.

To provide the service — generating your ads, storing your assets and history, and applying your Brand Guide across what you make.

To operate accounts, process subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, and provide support.

To improve Punchylime, understand which features help, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the product working, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

We rely on trusted providers to run Punchylime: Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and cloud infrastructure and AI model providers to generate and store your creative. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

If you install the Punchylime extension for Chrome, it handles data as follows.

What it reads: only when you click the Punchylime icon in your toolbar, it reads web page content from your current tab: the product title, the product image addresses, and the page address. It does not read your browsing history, other tabs, or pages you have not clicked it on, and it does not run in the background.

What it sends: when you click "Generate image ad" or "Write ad copy", it sends the product title as shown in the side panel, the image you picked, any headline or offer you typed, and your chosen size or platform to punchylime.com, together with your Punchylime sign-in session (the Punchylime cookies in your browser) so we can generate the result and apply your credits. It also asks punchylime.com whether you are signed in when the panel opens. It does not send the page address, and it does not send data to anyone other than punchylime.com.

What is saved: the extension itself does not store your data. Images and copy you generate are saved to the Quick ads project in your Punchylime account, the same as ads you create on the website, and are covered by the rest of this policy.

Clipboard: it writes ad copy to your clipboard only when you click the Copy button.

Data from the extension is used only to provide its ad-making features. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties other than the AI model providers described under Third-party services, and the use of information received through the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We keep your account, assets, and generated ads for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual assets or your account at any time; we remove associated content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Punchylime is a tool for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves; we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
